AERO Standard: Vacuum lifter for horizontal transport

Vacuum lifters of the standard series are suitable for the horizontal transport of panel materials such as sheet metal, plastic panels, coated wooden panels or glass panes with up to 2000 kg load capacity.
In this way, processing machines can be loaded and unloaded without damage.
All AERO-LIFT vacuum lifting devices comply with the latest safety regulations according to EN13155.

The hot-dip galvanized main traverse is extremely durable, torsionally stiff and has functions as a vacuum accumulator.

The various ergonomic manipulating handles offer optimum control of the vacuum lifter and full control.

 

The slim frame of the vacuum lifter provides the right space for the essential functions such as warning device and control system

Highly efficient vacuum generators ensure safety due to the correct vacuum level and are nevertheless space-saving.

Individually spring-loaded suction plates ensure the gentle positioning of the vacuum lifter on the material to be transported and compensate for slight differences.

All necessary displays, such as the vacuum meter for displaying the vacuum level, are conveniently positioned within the user's field of vision.

The control of the whole plant becomes more efficient by the suitable attachments, like a crane holding bag.
