TFLEX® is a durable, highly flexible sealing strip engineered for reliable weather protection in façade construction. Made from high-quality Thermoplastic Polyurethane, it delivers exceptional water tightness while remaining vapour permeable, ensuring long-term performance in both standard and high-movement façade joints. With excellent UV resistance and fire-retardant properties, TFLEX® is designed for demanding exterior applications where lasting elasticity and stability are essential.

Uses:

• Sealing façade control joints and seismic movement joints
• Providing durable, elastic sealing at inter-floor transitions
• External façade applications requiring vapour-permeable, water-tight protection
• Ideal for integration with SOLITEX EXTASANA ADHERO® or SOLITEX® ADHERO systems
• Suitable for outdoor exposure for up to 180 days before cladding or covering
